This water based sealer is easy to apply, safe to handle AND better for the environment.

Unlike Silicon or Siloxane-based impregnators, it doesn't need periodic application! The first application(s) will protect your valuable stone for many years to come!

The fluorocarbon aliphatic resins within are the toughest, last the longest and are the most consistent over time.

It won't evaporate like silicon nor will it go through any other type of natural deterioration like siloxane does.

It's an excellent water repellent AS WELL AS an excellent oil repellent sealer! This greatly reduces the possibility of staining.

Effective on most terracotta and even concrete! It won't change the look of your stone nor does it yellow over time. Use this one inside AND out.

One quart covers approximately 200 square feet and it comes with a 10 year warranty!

EASY TO USE!

1. Make sure your surface is clean and free of polishes or waxes.


2. Work in a small area. About four square feet for countertops and fifteen square feet for large floors.


3. Pour a small amount of sealer on your stone and spread it evenly with a brush or a clean white rag.


4. Let the stone, marble & granite sealer sit for three to four minutes.


5. When it's almost dry, pour a little more sealer on (wet on wet) and then rub with a dry clean rag so any residue is removed.


6. Repeat until your entire surface has been sealed.


7. In twenty four hours, do the water test.
