I get a lot of calls on the stone floor polish. This polish is for POLISHED floors. It sits on top of your stone and helps preserve that shiny finish.

How often do you apply it? This depends on your foot traffic BECAUSE that polish will wear off. So the more traffic on your floor - the more often the polish is applied.

One of the nicest things about this stuff is ... you don't have to strip it before reapplying the polish! AND, you don't have to apply it to your ENTIRE floor again... just the heavily trafficked areas.

For Example, you wouldn't have to reapply it under the dining room table BECAUSE
nobody walks there!!!

It's a residential stone floor polish that can be used on polished stones as well as polyurethane finished hardwood floors. I would not recommend it for commercial applications.

What about sealers?

Either of the above sealers is safe to use on your floors. How do you know which one to use?

If your stone is polished or shiny and needs to be sealed, use the penetrating sealer. This one's a top quality TEN YEAR sealer that WILL NOT change the look of your stone.

If your stone is dull looking, honed or rough finished AND you would like to change the look to a WET LOOK, use a color enhancer.

The look of your stone changes drastically with the color enhancer!!! Preview what this product can and will do by getting your stone wet with plain water.

As with ANY sealer - remove any waxes, polishes, stains and dirt from your stone before applying!

I listed the marble care & repair kit here even though technically the ENTIRE kit is not for floors. The kit includes a countertop polish (AWESOME product) and a daily cleaner ... neither one of these products is for floors. The KIT also comes with a polishing powder that is used on floors.

This is one of my favorite products and the product we receive the most feedback on. If you have dull marks and rings on your marble, this kit will save you a ton of money! The powder fixes etch marks... rings... and dull spots! It's a GREAT marble care and repair product. Here's more info on the marble repair kit.

Soap scum, hard water and mineral deposits make your stone look dull, dingy and dirty. Your stone loses its shine.

What do built up minerals and soap scum look like? Usually you can see the built up minerals around faucet handles - that white crusty looking stuff is mineral deposits. Sometimes you can use your fingernail to scrape up a waxy substance... this is soap scum!

This product does a nice job of getting rid of soap film and mineral deposits.

What about dirty tiles and grout?

This heavy duty granite tile & grout cleaner is made for stone. Rest assured cleaning marble tiles, travertine, limestone and granite is safe and easy with this product.

The floor cleaner is another one of my FAVORITE SAFE marble care cleaners. Gentle enough to use on your most delicate surfaces but strong enough to remove the grunge.

It's a great marble floor cleaner because you know it's safe. Works on travertine, slate, limestone, Mexican tile, ceramics, porcelain, onyx... any surface not harmed by water.

I like it because it leaves a little shine behind when I'm done mopping my Mexican tiles... plus I don't have to rinse it. Mop and I'm done!

This floor cleaner works great for the maintenance of large commercial floors with automatic scrubbing machines TOO!
